Many directors see things differently because some directors really get into what they are working on. and in the other hand other directors don't really get into what they are really doing. there are many reasons why directors see things differently; they can be in a bad mood, they are not happy of how they wrote their play, they really get into what they are doing, or even how a actor's attitude is on the set of the scence toward everyone else on the scene.
